Andrew Wardell
Programme Director, Forests and Governance Programme
D. Andrew Wardell has over thirty years experience working on natural
resource management issues in South-East Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa
countries. He is currently Director Forests and Governance Program at
the Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR), overseeing a
portfolio of research projects including the Global Comparative Study on
REDD+. Prior to taking up this position he was Regional Director for
the Clinton Climate Initiative-Forestry in the Asia-Pacific region
supporting the development of seven REDD+ projects in Indonesia and
Cambodia.
