Peter Brun

SVP Peter C. Brun has worked with public and regulatory affairs his entire career.
August 2006 he joined Vestas Wind Systems Ltd where he is heading Group Government Relations, which is in charge of the company’s global dialogue with energy policy stakeholders.
Peter C. Brun holds a M.A. in Political Science and a degree in Business Administration.
He is Vice President of the European Wind Energy Association, and board member of various national industry federations and wind power associations around the World. Brun is Vestas’ permanent representative in the IEA, World Economic Forum, G.20 Business Summit and other global climate and energy venues.
Peter C. Brun has in 1998 been awarded the Imperial Order of the Sacred Treasury (Japan) and in 2006 the Knight of the Order of Dannebrog (Denmark).
