Peter Draper’s is a Senior Research Fellow at SAIIA. His previous positions include: Head of Department of the Department of Economics and Economic History at the University of Durban-Westville; head of the Asia and Mercosur desks at the national Department of Trade and Industry; and Director of Economic Analysis and Research in the DTI’s International Trade and Economic Development Division.
