Woolfrey is a Researcher
at the Trade Law Centre (tralac) in Stellenbosch, South Africa. He holds a
BSocSc (Honours) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of
Cape Town and an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge.
His research interests are in the fields of political economy, international
trade and development, and include issues related to regional integration,
trade and industrial policy and the interface between development, trade and
climate change.
