As Senior Counsel for Intellectual Property and Technology Policy, Thaddeus leads a team of professionals supporting GE businesses and Global Research in the EMEA and Latin America regions. Before joining GE, he worked in the appellate litigation practice at Jones Day in Washington and in Brussels on IP and Technology policy issues at Akin Gump. He also served in government at the US Patent and Trademark Office and Office of the US Trade Representative. Thaddeus clerked for now retired Chief Judge Karen Williams on the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He graduated from the Catholic University School of Law in 1992 where he served on the law review.
