Vesile Kulaçoglu
Director of the Trade and Environment Division of the WTO
Mrs. Vesile Kulacoglu is Director of the Trade and Environment Division of the World Trade Organization (WTO) since 2003. Prior to that she worked on various WTO Agreements having acted as Secretary to various Committees, including on Technical Barriers to Trade and Government Procurement. On climate change, she co-authored the WTO/UNEP Report on Trade and Climate Change. She has a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University, New York, and an Economics degree from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
